By accessing our website, purchasing a subscription, or attending any Pet Mela event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services or attend our events.

2. Community Rules & Pet Behavior

Pet Mela is a community dedicated to creating safe and joyful spaces for dogs and their parents. As a participant, you agree to the following:

• Responsibility: You are entirely responsible for your dog's behavior at all times during our events.
• Vaccinations: All attending dogs must be up-to-date on their core vaccinations (Rabies, DHLPP/DHPP). We reserve the right to request proof of vaccination.
• Temperament: Dogs attending our events must be socially friendly and non-aggressive towards other dogs and humans.
• Supervision: You must keep your dog under supervision and follow the specific leash rules outlined for each venue/event.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

When you purchase a Pet Mela membership or event ticket, you agree to pay the stated fees. Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. All payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or required by law.

4. Event Cancellations & Refunds

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation by us, attendees will be offered a credit for a future event or a refund. If you cancel your attendance, refunds are subject to our specific event cancellation policy.

5. Media Release

By attending a Pet Mela event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed. You grant us the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials, without compensation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pet Mela and its organizers, partners, and venues shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to you, your dog, or your property that occurs during an event. You attend all events at your own risk.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or our WhatsApp community. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
